Program for March 2012 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET)

The Board for  Professional Teachers announces the program of the Licensure Examination for Teachers (L.E.T.) also know as Teacher Board Exam or LET Board Exam on March 11 2012 (Sunday). This announcement is officially released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)

Note: The examination for General Education and Professional Education is continuous. Examinees are allowed to bring food inside the examination room.

  1. Check or visit your school and room assignment prior to the day of the examination to verify your room and seat number.
  2. On the day of the examination, report to the school/building assignment before 6:30am.Be punctual. Late examinees will not be admitted. Examination fee of ABSENT EXAMINEES will be forfeited.
  3. Examinees are required to wear the following attire every examination day:
    • Male Examinees        -  White polo shirts or T-shirts with collar
    • Female Examinees     -  White blouses or T-shirt with collar 
  4. Bring the following on examination day:
    • Application's Stub with Application Number
    • Official Receipt of payment of application for examination
    • One (1) piece Window Envelope with Metered Postage-Stamp 
    • Two or more pencils (No. 2)
    • Ballpen with BLACK ink only
    • One piece long brown envelope
    • Non-Programmable Calculators .
  5. The following are Prohibited inside the examination premises/rooms
    • Books, notes, review materials, and other printed  materials containing coded data/information/formula
    • PROGRAMMABLE CALCULATORS
    • CELLULAR PHONES, beepers, protable computers or similar gadgets/devices.
    • Bags of any kind (ladies bag, shoulder bags, attache case, backpacks, etc.
    • Other examination aides not stated on this program shall not be brought inside the examination building.
  6. You are allowed to bring food and eat inside the room
  7. You will not be allowed to leave the examination room, borrow anything or communicate with other examinees on any matter during the examination
  8. Non-compliance with test instructions shall be a ground for cancellation of your examination
  9. Impersonation is a ground for disqualification in this L.E.T. and in future licensure examinations.

Schedule of Registration and Oathtaking for September 2011 LET board Passers - Lucena

The Professional Regulation Commission - Lucena Regional Office announces that the schedule of registration for September 2011 LET board passers is on November 28 to December 20, 2011 and onward.

Requirements for registration are the following:
  • 3 pcs. passport size colored picture in white background with complete name tag (Last Name, First Name, Middle Name) e.g. GAGALAC, ARNEL ROSARIA
  • 1 pc. 1 x 1  colored picture in white background (same shot)
  • Community Tax Certificate (Cedula)
  • Payment: Registration Fee - Php 600 / Annual Fee - Php 450.00
  • Metered documentary Stamp
Step in Registration:
  1. Present NOTICE OF ADMISSION / APPLICATION STUB or any VALID ID at window 8 (for verification of rating) to secure OATH FORM.
  2. Check your NAME and DATE BIRTH from your verification slip, let us know if there is any discrepancy.
  3. Fill-out the oath form properly.
  4. Pay annual fee / registration fee in window 17;
  5. Secure documentary stamp the Customer Service Center.
  6. Pay OATH TAKING TICKET at PRB Representative
  7. Submit the properly filled-out OATH FORM at window 11.
  8. Wait to be called at window 9 for the registration proper. 
  9. After registration, receive your claim slip. ( Check the presence of the following - registration number and date serial number)
For those who want to apply  for CERTIFICATION of PASSING and RATING:

    10.  Secure ACTION SHEET from the guard.
    11.  Pay certification at window 17 (Php 75.00 per copy)
    12.  Secure documentary stamp the Customer Service Center.
    13.  Submit action sheet, official receipt, & photocopied verification slip and claim stub at window  7.


NOTE: Please bring your Notice of Admission / Application Stub for verification.

OATH TAKING SCHEDULE:

Oath taking will be held on 9 A.M., December 21, 2011 in at TBA (To Be Announces later). Attire should be Smart casual / Semi-dress / Sunday Dress.

Requirements for the Issuance of Certificate of Registration Professional Identification Card (ID) for the passers of September 2011 LET Board Exam


The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on December 5, 2011. 

The requirements for the issuance of Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Card (ID) are the following: 
  1. Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal 
  2. Latest Community Tax Certificate (Cedula)
  3. 1 piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete name tag)
  4. 2 pieces 2” x 2” picture (colored with white background and complete name tag)
  5. Metered documentary stamp for the Oath Form; and 
  6. The Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2011-2014. 
Successful examinees should PERSONALLY register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The dates and venues for the oathtaking ceremonies of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
